Ms. Tina Ganzon-Ozaeta
I started my Lasallian journey more than 25 years ago when I entered De La Salle Lipa in 4th grade. I was immediately drawn to the charism of the Brothers who, to me, were not simply teachers, but were, in the real sense of the word “brothers” who watched out for the welfare of each student.
I am a disciple of life. I am La Salle.
I started my Lasallian journey more than 25 years ago when I entered De La Salle Lipa in 4th grade. I was immediately drawn to the charism of the Brothers who, to me, were not simply teachers, but were, in the real sense of the word “brothers” who watched out for the welfare of each student.

As an active student leader, I was given a chance to be involved in different endeavors that exposed me to the various facets of the Lasallian mission.

I found myself volunteering for the 8th National Lasallian Youth Congress in 1996 which further broadened my understanding of the Lasallian core values of Faith, Service and Community.

With the desire to deepen my involvement in the Lasallian mission, I joined the Lasallian Youth Corps (LSYC) in high school and became part of the pioneering group that established the Lasallian Youth Council (LYC) after college. This enabled me to remain anchored on Lasallian values as I began my journey into the world of work.

Believing in the extraordinary experience of living in community, I volunteered to be one of 4 members of Alternativity in 2004 - an experimental community of young Lasallian professionals living together under the guidance of the De La Salle Brothers. This is what I consider to be the most enriching experience given to me as a Lasallian partner.

My early exposure to the Lasallian charism and my various involvements throughout the years moulded me into the person that I strive to become everyday - someone with a genuine heart for the poor and a person who serves with passion with the hope of somehow contributing to societal transformation.

At present, I am a member of the Board of Trustees of De La Salle Lipa.
