Dr. Flordelis Ejercito
Inspired by the ideals of St.John Baptist de La Salle, I found myself greatly involved in two noble tasks I deem very significant in my life as a Lasallian educator.

I have been committed to honing student teachers by teaching them to discover and use their valuable gifts to the fullest, and enhance their skills to become competent Lasallian teachers.
I am a TEACHER. I am LA SALLE.

Furthermore, De La Salle's charism motivates me to extend my service as a LASSO accompervisor. Guiding the administrators of schools and seeing the school grow and develop as a reputable academic institution made me appreciate more my work and mission as a Lasallian.

These paths have brought me the most enriching and fulfilling experiences I am forever grateful for. In both ministries, I get the chance to sharpen the pens of my young educators as they will help their future students write great stories and legacies, and to accompany schools in becoming a home that nourishes learners with quality education. With great conviction, I will continue to teach minds, touch hearts and transform lives, and dedicate my life to this noble mission to serve the least, the last and the lost because I am a TEACHER, I am LA SALLE.
